Seen here with Terry Thorn, the World's No. 1 judge. Terry and I were good friends for many years and I owe a great deal to him as he helped me a lot in many ways. Terry sadly passed away in July 2008. A true gentleman as everyone refers to him, Terry leaves a huge void in the world of dogs, his experience and knowledge of dogs impossible to be surpassed. Everybody who ever came in contact with him have learned something from him for sure, as he was always willing to pass on his knowledge and give advice. Terry judged all over the World and his judging skills was in great demand in every part of the planet. We were fortunate to have had him judging in Malta in 1997, and in the few days I've spent with him and his wife Zena after the show I've learned a great deal from this man. I really was astonished with the knowledge he had on dogs. Terry judged all 7 groups at Crufts during his judging career and also Best in Show in 1997. He was the only judge to award C.C's in all breeds in England and was also approved to judge all breeds by the F.C.I. He was Chairman of Crufts and was chairman of many committees in the Kennel Club.

JULY 2005. Seen here during a memorable stay that we thoroughly enjoyed with our great friends, Philip & Sue Young of the Canyonn Cocker Spaniels. Much of our knowledge on the Cocker Spaniel breed is owed to this lovely couple who always gave us the right advice on breeding, rearing, preparing and presenting the Cocker Spaniel in a professional way.
